Making our breakfast your morning treat, combining refinement and indulgence, is the guarantee of a wonderful day ahead.
We start gently with hot drinks: coffees, teas and herbal teas, crafted with the dedicated expertise of Malongo, for a gentle wake-up. These are accompanied by vitamin-packed fruit juices, adding a touch of freshness to the early morning.
Then comes the pleasure of toast and the first treats of the day. Our baker delivers a selection of fresh bread every morning, accompanied by warm croissants.
Sliced white bread, wholemeal bread, crispbread and Krispolls round off the selection, to be enjoyed with butter, honey, a variety of jams, maple syrup or spreads.
Continuing in this vein, a selection of cereals is available: rolled oats, muesli, honey-flavoured cereals or more indulgent varieties.
The moment lingers with indulgence: every day, depending on the inspiration, brioches, milk buns, muffins, cookies, doughnuts, crêpes, pancakes, chouquettes, cakes, moist cakes, fondants, flans, verrines, croissants and chocolate croissants enrich the buffet.
Next, enjoy the freshness of seasonal fruit, often sourced locally, along with a comprehensive selection of dairy products: yoghurts, fromage blanc, milk, and a range of hard and soft cheeses.
New for 2026, our yoghurt bar, sourced from a French farm, allows you to create a moment that suits you, balancing health and indulgence.
The buffet naturally extends with a selection of savoury options: cured and cooked hams, salamis and mortadella, accompanied by mature and fresh cheeses, a different quiche every day and a small fresh salad, to add variety to your morning.
Eggs are also prepared as omelettes or scrambled, and available boiled or fried, so you can enjoy breakfast at your own pace.
Finally, a few touches of natural energy round off the selection: dried fruit, grapes, soft apricots, hazelnuts… for the perfect balance between pleasure and vitality.
